Moving up by cleaning up
I have moved back up to the #4 spot for SEO book. How did I do that? Did I get more links? No I removed links! Last year and before Google liked some link networks that I found and I over used them for links but now google is smarter and better at find link relationships early this year google has tightend up the link network filters (links to bad neighborhoods) and you may have suffered If you have clean out the link network links can move your site back up.
To get out of this pentily box remove link networks from your sites and from sites that link to you if you can if you can't have that site remove your link. Don't get any more links from sites that use link networks. You may get away with a few liks form link networked sites but after you get to many your site will get put in to the penilty box and will not get listed I seen one of my sites drop over 700 spots when put in the penitly box clean up restores the site in about a week Yahoo is even more strict about link networks

SEObook.com vs seobook.org.uk IF you check the backlinks of both sites you will see that .com has more then 300 times the links I have but I have the #4 spot no one between me and seobook.com can I take the #1 spot?

It's difficult but not impossible. But my only one request please don't use unethical ways to out rank Aaron he is really a nice man. And keep us updated as you are now on my bookmark! ;)

I won't try to panelized his site just try to out rank it not one of my priority's right now I am trying to repeat the 8 day page 1 listing for a more difficult word. I don't even have a book this started out as a sand box experiment I was suprized when I had a #6 listing only 8 days after registering seobook.org.uk
You're now at No. 8 when I do a google search. I agree with anonymous that it's unlikely that you will get the No. 1 spot. Google probably got you in the top 10 because your site is so obviously NOT affiliated with Aaron.
It will be hard to hit the #1 spot, but it can be done. You can either play nice or play hard.
Are you kidding? You have the writing skills of a 3rd grader. Most of what you write makes no sense. You'll be bumped down faster than you'll move up.

Aaron or not, what he said is completely true. You're writing sucks and you can't spell a majority of your words correct.
